Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following conditions apply to Keychains and Bookmarks:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Any keychain or bookmark made specifically to your request cannot be returned.
  • Used or Altered Items: Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Original Packaging: Products that are not returned in their original protective packaging cannot be accepted.

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives defective or damaged.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with visible signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
